EMBARGO: The 2019 Conquer the Crossroads Rogaine course is EMBARGOED effective January 20th, 2016. This means that all portions of Owen Putnam State Forest are OFF LIMITS to all eventual competitors whether they are currently registered or not! Embargo will be in effect through Saturday April 6th, 2019. This embargo is being imposed in order to provide the most "level playing field" for all teams. Please respect the spirit of this rule. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@indyo.org.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL NEED THE WAIVER FORM FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER!  Bring them with you the morning of the event. Thanks!

CAMPING:  There club has not made special camping arrangements, although there are a variety of options nearby to consider through Owen Putnam or hotels closer to the highway.

PARKING:  As with most events parking is somewhat limited. Please be sure to carpool whenever possible! The road approaching the campground has a couple of rough spots. We recommend vehicles that are at least somewhat capable of travel on rough gravel roads.

WATER:  Teams should plan on carrying their own water for the entire course, and treating if needed.

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED:   Event Director Frank Baukert can still use some help during the day on Saturday, especially in the morning and afternoon manning the race HQ.  Volunteers wouldn’t have to stay the entire day.  Also, more help in picking up controls would be greatly appreciated. If you can lend a hand for any length of time, please contact Frank directly at 317-709-6591 as soon as possible.
