Date: Sunday, December 4th, 2011
Location: Belzer. Directions
We will be starting in Hut K-28, Link here for a map of Belzer
Time Schedule:
11:00am -- Registration opens, courses open for starts
11:00am-- Beginner Clinic
1:00pm-- Courses closed to starts (no more starts after 1pm)
3:00pm -- Course closed, control pickup begins.
3:00pm -- Annual General Membership meeting and elections
Note - We are having a smaller than normal start window to try and keep the meeting at a reasonable time, and easy to attend for as many as possible. This is a small property, so it shouldn't be a problem. If you can't stay for the meeting you can still vote, so please come out!
Courses: White, Yellow, Orange, Special? What do the course colors mean?
Skill Levels: All skill levels. This is a fantastic property for first timers or less experienced orienteers
Registration: Individuals or teams may either sign up for any course. We suggest group size of less than 5 whenever possible.
Fees: The meet fee is $5.00/person for a member of any USOF-chartered O-club. The fee is $15.00 for non-members. Remember, this fee is PER GROUP, whether the group is one person or five! The fee includes one map, one punch card, and one clue sheet. For small groups, additional maps may be purchased for $2.00 each. Your registration fee allows you to run as many courses as you like in the time allowed.
