EVENT NOTES:

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT RED COURSE: Due to the ruggedness of this property and the very wet conditions that are expected on meet day, the start procedure for the Red course will be modified. We will be doing a MASS START for the Red course at 10am, and you will have a five-hour time limit, rather than the usual three-hour limit. Although not technically an ultra-long course by definition, we are treating the Red course as such for this meet with this modified start procedure.

All other courses will have the customary staggered starts between 10am and noon, and all courses must be clear no later than 3pm. This is a safety precaution so please PLEASE cooperate with the club. We want you to enjoy your time out on the course, but we also want to make sure that our volunteers aren't out late waiting for participants to finish up. Thanks!

VOLUNTEERS:

Help is always needed with registration, start/finish, and control pickup. Please email info@indyo.org if you can help out at the meet. Thanks!
