Event: Standard Meet. What happens at a standard meet?
This will also be an OCIN TROL event.
WE WILL BE USING SPORTIDENT EPUNCH FOR THIS MEET.
Date: Saturday, December 4th, 2010
Location: Bear Creek Boy Scout Camp
Time Schedule: (Indianapolis is on Eastern Standard Time)
9:30am -- Registration opens
10:00am-- Beginner Clinic, courses open for starts
12:00pm-- Courses closed to starts (no more starts after 12 pm)
3:00pm -- Course closed, control pickup begins. Must be off the course by 4pm!
Courses: White, Yellow, Orange, Brown What do the course colors mean?
Skill Levels: All skill levels.
Registration: Individuals or teams may either sign up for any course. We suggest group size of less than 5 whenever possible.
Fees: The meet fee is $5.00/person for a member of any USOF-chartered O-club. The fee is $15.00 for a non-member. The fee includes one map, one punch card, and one clue sheet. For small groups, additional maps may be purchased for $2.00 each. Your registration fee allows you to run as many courses as you like in the time allowed.
