Event: Annual "Paddle O" Special Event! PLEASE NOTE BOAT RENTAL INFO BELOW!

Location: Eagle Creek Park, East Side, Marina
(follow signs for the marina from either the 56th St. or 71st St. entrances to the park. Please note that standard park entry fees will apply.)
Time Schedule: (Indianapolis is on Eastern Standard Time)2:00pm -- Registration opens
3:00pm-- Start for all events5:00pm-- Cutoff for 2 hour paddling event, and 2 hour foot event
7:00pm -- Cutoff for 4 hour paddling event
Courses: There are three course options: 2 or 4 hour paddling events, OR a 2 hour foot only event.
Skill Levels: All skill levels are welcome, but this event is not quite as well suited for true first timers to orienteering. Please come out and join us if you'd like, but there won't be a traditional "white" course designed specifically for first timers
Registration/Boat Rentals: On site event day registration as usual, however if you would like to reserve a canoe you MUST contact us by the Friday before the event! (firstname.lastname@example.org) Canoe rentals are $5/boat through the club. Canoes are plastic and can seat up to three people on a built in middle seat. Obviously, you are welcome to bring your own boats!
Fees: Fees for this event are $10/individual or team if you are planning on putting more than one person in a boat. (This is in addition to any boat rental fees.) As always, spare maps are available at $2/map. Also note that there is a gate fee for the park, so car pool if you'd like to save some money!
